I do have enough room for SLI, but even thinking about it seems funny to me because of how much room it would require in my case. No, I did not, I have this in a HAF X (gigantic) case, and it just BARELY fits. I came from a GTX 580 so when I saw the reviews say "IT's HUGEEE" I thought, yeah, whatever, I know big. The ONLY downside to this card is that, as others have said, it's big, really, really big. When the next generation (Pascal) hits the market I may upgrade, but I don't see the need right now. Performance wise, again, this card is just stupid fast. With this setup I have never seen temps above 60C, even running a extreme performance loop on Unigine and other benchmarks. With my customer fan profile, the cards operate at 30% no matter how low the temps, and then they gradually ramp up at around 50C+. I used MSI Afterburner to create a customer fan profile, and yes, I understand and appreciate the software design of these cards to not even turn on (and therefore be inaudible) until they hit about 50-60C, but due to this when they do get hot they get hot quickly, and the fan has to ramp up to keep it below 70C. This was an upgrade from a pair of GTX 580 in SLI, and this single card blows them away! I would say the most impressive thing about it is that it has significantly higher performance than my old setup, and does so (for the most part) whisper quiet. This card is the most impressive graphics card I have ever owned, and I have owned a LOT of them.
